Thanks Gregg. I'm good with wood also. I know wood has a lot of advantages also. I just don't have much knowledge yet on tc's as to how to check for structural soundness or where to look for rot on wood construction.
Do you know if there were any issues with the first year of the new construction methods? There's an '06 for sale in my area.
