Lacking a lot of information as to what you were showing us. The connection looks like it goes directly onto the camera, but there are two connections. Is that a cable that ran from the camera to thru the tailgate and then is connected about where the cables to the tail and brake light are routed and then connects to the cable that goes to the cab.
If so, you can have a CCTV shop cut the ends off, install some standard CCTV coax connecters and use a standard length cable you can buy almost anywhere.
