I know ours is a Starcraft and not a Coachman but we have 2 flood lights one at the back like yours and one on the front passenger side.
Our switches are located on the one bedroom cupboard on passenger side and the other is in the control panel were all the controls for pump, awning, porch light, ect. Both switches turn front and back flood lights on and off.Could yours be controlled by the porch light but has been disconnected by the previous owner? He might not have liked having both on at the same time just a thought.
