I have an Outdoors RV trailer, which is a sister company to Northwood (Af/Nash). It's also a 4-season rated unit, but it seems the AF units use better components. The ORV units are heavy on Lippert parts, which have caused me no shortage of headaches on my unit.
I can say I'm extremely happy with hot and cold weather performance. However it did go back to the factory for upgraded insulation and underbelly ducting because the fresh water could freeze when it got below 15F. ORV did the upgrades at no charge under warranty!
In hot weather, as long as it cools down at night, the trailer will stay comfortable inside all day long without A/C. And it does cool quickly using its single A/C unit, which seems to have much better duct flow than my prior trailers.
