Dicor self-leveling sealer does a good job of "gluing" things to the camper, but the glues that are used to adhere the rubber to the roof will not hold the rubber down if you have any type of constant pressure such as wind pushing on the antenna base.
You probably need to put some screws in it to keep it from pulling the rubber up.
