Do they have pretty much the same options?
Do they have similar "Center of Gravity" and weight?
I looked at manufacturers broshures for both TC's. I couldn't find anything that would tell me which one is insulated the best.
Some of the things I did note:
Lance
Pre-wired for back-up camera, solar panel, and satellite antenna
Fresh water tank is smaller than Palomino tank
Did not see if power cord is detachable or not.
Enclosed / heated holding tanks
Palomino
Has a larger fresh water tank. Black and grey tanks similar to Lance.
Has detachable power cord.
Did not see anything about pre-wiring for solar, back up camera, etc
You probably need to ask more questions from the dealerships.
