The 855s has a four season package so it is well insulated. It does have detachable cord.
I happen to go with a friend just yesterday to pick up his new 855S.Over all it is a nice camper well made. I inspected for him and only found one screw missing. Everything else was well made and top of the line components.
His out the door price with ALL options except for the Onan was $28,695. That was shipping $1650. 7% tax, dealer prep. He supplied his own two batteries.
A/C is the 9K btu unit.
We ere at the same dealer last year and. they had a Palomino on the lot, it's still there even with a reduced price. I looked at that rig and I'll say that as far as quality it does not compare with a Lance. JMO
