The reason I chose Lance over Okanagan back when I was making my purchase decision was proximity to factory and dealer access. Had Okanagan been 2 hours from my house with two dealers within 30 minutes I'd have probably bought that instead. Both these units were close in price.
I recently made a very similar decision between a Redwood and a Montana 5th wheel . The Montana was considerably less expensive than the Redwood. I like them both about the same (maybe a little more warm fuzzy on the RW) but the service center was better at the RW dealer and it had a couple options that i'd like (maybe built better but that's a roll of the dice with almost any rig). Still, I chose the Monty. Reason, for $12k I can repair or modify a lot of things.
