Which truck is best is a pointless question all three makes make a perfectly fine truck.
You gave us very little info about your truck and the trailer you are wondering about. You didn't say what year or engine on your f250. You didn't say if that weight was a dry weight or an estimated loaded weight.
Anyways, with the limited info you have given us I would say you best bet is probably a dually 1 ton. You might be able to get by with airbags and upgrading to higher weight rated tires and wheels like those on a srw 1 ton or go 1 step more and put on single 19.5 rims and real truck tires.
