I am buying a toy hauler which weighs 14,189 and my ford F-250 has a max fifth wheel capacity of 15,900. Is that enough wiggle room or do I need a different truck ,which truck would be better dodge,chevy , or stay with ford I dont want a dually if I don't have to. Please help

The 250 is way too little truck. After that, it's your choice of truck as nothing is really 'better' other than its load capacity.

I have a dodge so clearly that is the best choice. Anything else is questionable at best.

OK, to seriously answer your question. No, the F250 is not enough truck. You're in 350 diesel teritory with that much weight. Any of the big three brands will work.

Brand doesn't matter. Just make sure it has the Cummin's engine.

As I understand over 90% of Ford trucks are still on the road.

I'm sure that they will get to them with a tow truck eventually.
