I'll bet if you add that 2350 to the unloaded vehicle weight, you'll be VERY close to the 10,000 lb artificial limit imposed on 2500 class vehicles. That truck will have plenty more capability than that.
I'm pretty firmly in the "gasoline" camp for several reasons, but can't imagine buying a gas engine over the venerable Cummins at the same price.
