HA, nice to hop in and drive these newer trucks! DuraFlaps, B&W, MS2's, Highway Products tool box and now a MaxBrake that's it.
That it is!
And I will be starting to mix the Metamucil in my morning Monster drink apparently too, cause if it had a new anything in the drive, it would stay stock for a while unless the emissions got overly effed up and made me throw them away one day!
As justification for this "leave it stock" pansy behaviour, the diesel pickup is now not the fastest rig in the stable, so I can go beat up on ricers with something else! Just can't smoke em out! - notevenExplorer III

Equipped the 1 ton with rear air suspension, pyrometer, manifold pressure gauges, mild tow tuner... it still needs better brakes, better parking brake (it's manual trans), slower reverse in 2wd (2wd low switch kit not available for this model)
Next big mod will be the KW mod: Clicky
Oh and I forgot I added BD Diesel exhaust brake...
The KW mod comes with all of the above and up to 2050lbs-ft of torques... - BedlamModeratorMy last truck needed suspension and wheel upgrades for the weight it was carrying but was never a slouch in performance and was left with stock engine and transmission even after the warranty was long gone. My current truck carries all the weight I can load and keeps any speed I ask of it, so it is mostly stock except for the bed, boxes, gooseneck and receiver (give me a break, it is a chassis cab).
After the warranty expires, I may consider modifications to increase durability/reliability/serviceability but see no current need to increase performance. - Cummins12V98Explorer IIII actually got grease in my front driveline U joint today! Had to remove it to do the job. Is that a performance mod????

Truck has plenty of power. Not going to do anything that might impact warranty on that expensive engine.

Since the hijack is in full force, lol, what kind of needle is that?
I've been using an actual needle fitting for the front drive shaft but seem to destroy it and only get grease in it about 1of 3 times!
150kmi and it's gotten greased twice I think.....so far so good - HaulinBass02ExplorerEFI Live tuned by Blackbear Performance
