we cook inside most of the time, but grill a couple times a week.
we haven't fried anything inside. (except for sauteing onions and garlic) we've got one of those microwave bacon cookers and it works right well. also, we bring about 3 lbs of cooked, frozen bacon with us when we first start out, and supplement that with microwaved ham or sausage links.
for frying fish, we use an elec fryer on a table outside. also for fried potatoes.
