Several parks here in Ontario remain open year 'round for camping, some including MacGregor Point PP on Lake Huron offer a winter camping program where you select a site in the fall, place your trailer on it, leave it there for the entire winter, and camp as you wish throughout the winter.

That's a pretty cool deal. I could see access being a problem. The parks around here that stay open for winter don't do much snow removal.
Is electric available for the winter camping deal?
The only difficulty is sometimes getting there due to drifting / blowing snow but once at the park you'd find the campground roads fully plowed so there are no issues getting to your site. These winter camping programs are restricted to electric sites only, 'though you're required to unplug when you're not there. At least one bathhouse is always open and heated, including the showers.
