TIFWIW...the 2015 5.0 has more HP than the 2015 EcoBoost. 385 HP IIRC.
You may or may not be able to deal on the 2015 yet.
Also I would get the deepest rear end possible. 3.73 would be great.
Either way, 2014 or 2015 5.0 will handle your rig with no problem.
