You either purchased the Lance 825 or the Northstar Lorado Sc as you contemplated in your previous posts. Now it seams like you are justifying your mistake in your purchase by complaining about the materials and craftmanship of the rig.
Sell/return the rig or suck it up and make it your own. Learn from your mistakes. We all do.
As far as the people on the job. I believe you have no idea what went into training them. One was probably a laid off home builder. I doubt they let things go without checking the work of the worker. I was a "walk off the street" home builder and I was double checked thru the process until fully trusted my work was being done correctly.
