I have had my Lance 920 for ten years and I have had no major problems. The day after I brought my TC home, I began fixing and modifying it. Nothing major, just little things like broken and misaligned drawer guides, crooked fixtures and sawdust in every corner and light cover. Last month while I was on the roof replacing vent lids, removing old caulk and re-caulking. No obvious leaks because I maintain it. While working up there, I thought, “There’s got to be a better way” and “If Eternabond is so great, why doesn’t the RV manufacturers use it?” I then realized that if all RVs did not leak, they would last longer but the manufacturers would sell less and make less $$. When I have to fix something, I remember the days of tent camping. It’s better than sleeping on the ground. I still use a tent occasionally and nearly every time I miss the convenience of having everything I need within arms reach.
