If those things are not important for you - you should buy gasoline truck.
I agree with everything but
- Lower operational cost...if you do a ton of miles. If you do typical miles, gas engines typically will have lower operational costs.
- The resale value...you wont' get more than the $9k upfront cost back, so you don't have a resale gain greater than what you put in...and the longer you own the truck, the more the depreciation eats into that $9k portion of the up front cost.
