Why would you need a Class 3 emblem? Do you currently have a "1 ton" emblem on your truck? I am talking about the incorrect terminology we use for trucks, not the model number that the manufacturer gives them

I am not too sure. I know many people in their twenty's and teens that use those terms because their fathers call it that. Most people here probably were't even driving yet when those terms actually meant the trucks payload capacity in the early 60's. Half a century later people are still using it.
