Why don't TC makers use the Truma Combi units?

I can only speak for myself like most people. I'm not seeing a lot of benefit and there's nothing about Cirrus efficiency that would make me choose them over a different brand. I expect there are lot of people like me and that's why more RV companies aren't making these changes.
