I find the same when it comes to their test. Their testing is getting pretty terrible. In their last two tests they seemed amazed when several trucks didn't perform well after being overloaded by them. TFL has run into similar payload restrictions before and they just loaded the trucks up to the limit, but noted that the other trucks were able to carry the full weight.
