I have the camper package on my truck which includes and rear anti-sway bar. I also have the upper Stableloads and airbags. My payload is 4226 and my camper fully wet is about 3700 lbs.
I really like the airbags and can adjust them up or down and side to side depending on the conditions I am in at the time.
Do you need them? I have no idea but I like the idea several have suggested in taking it home and drive around with it stock for a bit and then determine from that what you might need. There are a number of different ways and combinations you can go with it.
