That's not bad, if it's bags with compressor and cab controls. You want Torklift tie downs as well. "Wiring" unless they're doing something cool like running you a dedicated charging circuit can be "done" for buying a $80 pre made extension or wiring in a simple plug in the bed either works, bed plug is more convenient for long term use.
Tie downs and airbags install expect 4-6 hours labor charge I'd say. Didn't take me all day to do it.
You may ultimately want airbags but you want to use all your suspension first, so I'd still forego the bags now and throw on upper and or lower stable loads now instead.
You want this first and the in conjunction w airbags if needed.
