$2200 sounds like an awful lot for "camper prep", I'd definitely find out exactly what they were doing and exactly what products.
One of the biggest things you need to know about airbags is DON'T plumb both left and right bags together! It's done that way all the time, by people who don't carry top-heavy loads like truck campers.
You need the left and right airbags plumbed separately, or if tied together for an onboard compressor to fill them (which is also something you should have) they need one-way valves to isolate them.
If just connected straight together, when you go around a corner the air in the outside bag gets squeezed as the truck tries to lean outward, but the air can just travel through the air line to the inside bag, making matters worse.
Separate lines or one-way check valves elimjnate that problem.
Putting blocks in your springs ("Timbrens") works very well too, the disadvantage is the harsher ride if you drive your truck without the camper on it. The advantage is they're cheap and simple. I'd use them if I was never gonna take the camper off.
