Some have mentioned the outside mirrors, and I concur with those statements.
Just between my 2011 Ford and the 2014 Ram I now own, the Ford outside mirrors are the hands down winners.
For some reason (and I run the mirrors in the extended, or folded down, towing position all the time) I must take extra care to look over and around the mirrors on the Ram, while at the same time and circumstances, I never noticed the Ford mirrors being in my line of sight.
Ford also had power folding which to me was a very nice feature.
Like I said earlier, there are likes and dislikes for all three brands I have owned.
Interesting observation with the mirrors. I went from Ford's 2005 mirrors (one generation older mirror design than your 2011) to Ram's 2015 mirrors and am satisfied with the view. However, I feel Ram's mirrors stick out too far when folded down and the convex mirror gets placed in the wrong location. The Ram mirrors have been getting bigger (they improved in 2010) and I haven't measured if my mirror heads are the same 11x7 or larger on my 5500.
