Will 1996 10' 6" Lance fit on 2017 F-350 DRW?
I already added a 2-1/2" platform to the bottom of my camper many years ago so the cab-over would clear the truck cab roof. I also already have the swing out jack brackets.

- 2.5" sounds about right.
That is what I have for my Lance 1161 and 2017 F350 dually.
Cabin lights do have good clearance, but bed sides are critical point.
I also added a 1/2" x 3" stripe of plywood to the end of the bed to avoid bed ribs denting. - I had a couple of issues.
1. the bed sides are tall, 21" I believe so I had to use a riser that I didn't need in my 2012.
2. The 'upticks' on the bumper come rather close to my plumbing outlet... but no problems so far. - Try it and see...
