My 2016 Coleman Lantern has an 8000 unit built in, It works outstanding and we have to tun it down. Plus side: not sticking up on the roof, so clearance is lower, if it dies I can go to Wally World and buy another for 150.00 or so. I do not have to worry about replacing gaskets, leaks etc and I do not have to go on the roof..
I have had one in several pop ups and they work great, I usually had to make a piece to funnel the air upward because they were so low in the unit.
