I posted my experience with their factory service back when Winnebago had just acquired SunnyBrook. We went out for the repair on the siding crack over the door when they were still fixing it for free. Everybody I came in contact with was very nice, very professional, but all had reservations about the direction Winnebago was going to take them, which is understandable. Maybe the old timers were able to talk some sense into the new owners? At any rate, they fixed me up, and the crack has not returned. Seems to me, if you're going to build trailers with inherent problems, you need to stand behind them or suffer the consequences of falling market share.
