I used to have a Starcraft hybrid and I used the pink method because the water pump was easy to access and came with the bypass hose to draw the antifreeze directly from the jug. On my first time I missed the spray hose on the sink and had to replace it the next spring.
I now have an Airstream and the pump is almost impossible to get to. I went to the dealer and asked them how they winterized their trailers and he told me they just use compressed air. Wow, a top end trailer and the dealership uses only air! I was impressed.
I have been doing it for 4 years now without incident. You have to be thorough, you have to take your time and it helps if you go through everything at least twice.
Drain and bypass the HW heater, drain the FW tank, open all low point drains and run the pump dry. Then close all the drains and connect the air. Run all the faucets dry, the toilet and the sink spray hose. Open the low point drains one at a time, shut off the air, open the drains and fill the traps with pink stuff.
Works for me.
