Winterizing Tank Rinser
I can't remember how I did it last year....or even IF I did it last year. But how does one get some anti-freeze into the tank rinser lines and valve? I have an idea of a gadget that I can rig up...

Just to be clear. This technique DOES NOT winterize the city water inlet. To winterize that you turn off all faucets and allow pump to build up pressure and shut off. Then press the check valve at the city water inlet to back flush the antifreeze. You may have to pry out a small screen to access the check valve. Also stand aside when you press the check valve because water/antifreeze will spray out under pressure.
Yes...I realized that when I put the contraption together. Pump running will put pressure on that valve.
It would be redundant.
