Winterizing Tank Rinser

I can't remember how I did it last year....or even IF I did it last year.

But how does one get some anti-freeze into the tank rinser lines and valve?

I have an idea of a gadget that I can rig up with some air pressure to get that valve to open....but is there an easy way?
