I blew my campground water inlet check valve with a lot less than 30 psi while blowing out my water lines. It leaked like a sieve when I ran the pump to back fill with anti-freeze.
Also there is little that can be done to keep the residual water in the pipes from collecting in the low spots. If enough collects it could cause pipe damage.
To me it is so easy to stick a hose from the pump inlet into a couple of gallons of antifreeze and re-winterize it is not worth the effort blow out the lines.
I will admit it does take time to get every bit of antifreeze from the lines but that is just an indication of how much residual water there is in all the nooks and crannies of the plumbing.
