That would have to have TWO 100A main fuses..
Good chance it is actually a 60A fuse box and someone subbed in 100A fuses? That would be bad.. Although it may actually be a 50A panel which had a second 50A set of main fuses (one set of main fuses for general circuits and one set of 50A fuses for a electric stove/range) which was typical for homes which featured a electric range..
Either way, I really highly recommend that you do not attempt this yourself.
PLEASE spend the money and get a qualified electrician to take a look at your setup..
