Another option instead of wiring is to use a generator. When my camper is parked at the house and I need to power it up for whatever, I just run my Honda 3000i. If you dont own a generator, I would highly invest in one. Cant count how many times mine saved us during the summer months when power at camp sites was knocked out due to sever weather.
