I'd suggest to hire a licensed electrician to change your fuse panel out to a CB load center. You can't just assume that a 100 amp anything can be upgraded to 150A or 200A service. That is conditional on the size of service wires, risers, and utility's equipment. This is not to say a 100 amp load center can't handle a 50 amp RV receptacle. It can.
FWIW, I installed a subpanel in my garage for a welder and also, a 50 amp RV receptacle. Everything I installed is marked "240 V" or "120 V". There are no markings of "220" or "110". Be careful of who you take advice from on the Internet.
