I printed the info from this site: http://www.myrv.us/electric/ and gave it to the licensed electrician. He still had problems understanding it. So we both went over it and he did the install. I did the post and he made the connections as shown.
Do not do it yourself, unless you are an electrician. I even showed it to an electrical engineer who had problems with it.
