What Wolf Creek says is certainly important, they should know. However, if the COG of the camper falls within the range set by RAM I really don't see what the problem is; I'd ask Wolf Creek that.
Either way, having a COG behind the rear axle, while not ideal, is not necessarily a problem. When I put my camper on my truck and hitch up the boat my front axle drops from an "empty" weight of 4,800 pounds to a "loaded" weight of 4,300 pounds. So, yes, I loose 500 pounds on the front but there's still over 2 tons of weight pushing down on it. I have no handling problems. The rig drives straight as can be and the steering doesn't feel "light".
