If your Truck Camper has a lot of overhang in the back I think you will have a big problem connecting up the Idaho Tote...
This photo from MELLO MIKEs AZ home page will give you an idea on what the truck hitch extension would look like.
Of course the Idaho Tote does not connect up to a regular hitch but is attached to the bumper system and only the two wheels on tote swivels for turns.

Not saying it can't be done but would sure take some head scratching to make it work...

I would just pull a small utility trailer with regular trailer hitch behind the truck camper...

I always wanted a truck camper but my lifestyle of OFF-ROAD camping needs alot of storage space and my OFF-ROAD POPUP front deck and empty truck bed sure gives me some serious camping supplies room on my trips...
