The advantage of the tote over the trailer is that it does not require special backing techniques that some folks do have problems with performing.
One issue I don't like with the tote is the small wheels.
I don't like the single wheel because the wheel being in the center is where the trash like nails get knocked too. Plus when the road is rutted, the wheel is going to be wanting to flop of the bulge in the center.
However, both will work behind a TC just as they do behind a trailer.
