I looked at these less than five years ago and could never get past the price. My 20' enclosed trailer cost almost as much as any of the swivel baskets. Originally, I was thinking I would keep my toy hauler and add extra toy space to the rear by using one of these without having to triple tow (illegal where I live).
I knew I was not going to do any severe off-road with my past or current RV setup since we have toys with more capabilities for that type of terrain, so the open deck idea went out the window for more covered secured storage although I do own a short flat bed trailer that has good clearance.
