Chemicals for the black tank, if you'll be using that. Make sure the current owner is including the power cord. If you have to stop overnight, check to see that you don't need any adapter for their power source. Yes, also water pressure regulator and power gauge - I know that's not the right name, but you plug it in and it lets you know what the power supply coming into the trailer is - whatever that thing is called, get one. FWIW, we leave ours plugged into a very visible outlet all the time - sometimes power at campgrounds will drop and you'll need to shut off the A/C or other.
