Maybe in Washington. In Florida the outside temp will be in high 90s andDamn if your in full sun the solar load will heat it inside to 110 with the windows open. A car with closed windows can get to 130.
The next problem is it can rain inches and rain sideways. Sure it cools it down some but your carpet or couches could get soaked.
