Did some read my post as if I recommended leaving an animal in a CLOSED RV/vehicle??? If so, look again.
Being inside an RV with venting on all sides and above is the same thing as being in the shade, temp-wise. If folks aren't dropping dead when they're outside in the same temps, dogs won't either. Provided they have plenty of water.
