No intention to be rude, only honest. If you substitute the word "child" for "dog", most likely you could not be so sure. Try "teenager".
I am not sure your dogs bark, but I am sure that your dogs are capable of barking given the right set of circumstances. Equally sure that most dog owners who are confronted by the ranger asking them to leave because their dog raised a ruckus and they had complaints would be mad, it would ruin an otherwise good weekend and they would adamantly declare that their dog does not bark.
We've had many, many dogs and I am probably more oblivious to the sound of barking dogs than some folks. Suggest you ask your vet if there is a way an owner can be absolutely sure their dog won't bark given the right stimuli.
