I recommend a 2500/250. Keep in mind when you look at weight ratings and tow capability, you are towing something with a huge amount of wind resistance. Very different than a boat, tractor, hunk of lead on a flat bed, etc. Try the old stick your hand out the window @ 70mph trick and get an idea of what a truck has to drag trough the air. Will you ever get a larger TT? Pulling in mountains in the foreseeable future. Just me, but I love my diesel. Gas engines will pull it, but Oh the treat of diesel power. JMO
