I have the 6.2 in my 2011 F250. Does fine with a 10,500lb toy hauler trailer. Use tow haul mode and the trans almost never goes into 6th gear except downhill. Up hill climbs can drop to third gear and on a rare occasion even second gear up a steep climb. No problem tows fine avg of 8mi per gallon towing and 12.5 empty in mixed driving.
