Our TT was ready in Feb. I asked dealer to hold it until May, they did for free. Now the dealer was in Albany NY and TT was stored outside. Once I picked up TT in May I noticed one rim was hotter than the others on first camping trip. Had to replace corroded magnets under warranty.
To answer your question I would not pick it up, but when I did I would check to see if it sitting during that time if anything got comprimised.
