I suspect that's actually an F350 chassis cab, which is a little different animal than an F350 pickup with the bed removed. The highest trim level you can get in the C&C's is Lariat. An XLT is a rather plush tradesman truck.
I do see that it has the high capacity trailer tow package, which gives it a wide-track front axle like an F450 pickup and a much tighter turning radius. I think the C&C F350's have some axle options that aren't available to the F350 pickups, but these are still 8 lug rather than 10 lug so those aren't 19.5" wheels. I'm not sure of the axle types on this truck, the axle code indicates they are 4.30 LS. I think an F450 C&C would have been a better platform for this, and not much more price-wise.
