I would take a hi-lo over a pop-up any day.
You hear everything in a pop-up. Rain is super loud. I'm glad my pop-up is gone. It took forever to setup and take down, because you had to move everything around. Yes, you could set it up in 5 minutes if its empty... my travel trailer sets up in 5 minutes ready to camp!
