The logic is different if the $100 in your example included the 150% markup, IOW one would have to back out the true cost using elementary algebra ... :W
Nope, the logic (or math) is not different. If 100 included the 150% markup then the wholesale cost would be 40. 75% off of 100 is 25, so yes that would be great deal.
